Ocellus T100
Ocellus T100 is a high performance GPS/GPRS telematics device for vehicle, trailer and asset tracking and monitoring. It is designed to cope with years on the road in extreme conditions:
- High sensitivity GPS for operation in low signal strength environments, e.g. underneath vehicles
- GSM/GPRS communications for affordable global operation
- Internal rechargeable battery for long-term operation if disconnected from vehicle power
- Compact and easily installed with self-contained antennas for reduced installation costs and high reliability
- Rugged IP69K-rated enclosure and connector system for deployment in, on or under commercial vehicles, even withstanding daily jet-washing
- Wide operating temperature range, down to -20°C
- Monitoring functionality including digital I/O, serial port (RS-232) and Driver ID reader support*
- Remotely configurable and firmware-upgradeable over GPRS
Ocellus communicates over GPRS and the internet and QinetiQ provides options for accessing this information, including integration into customers’ systems based on the Ocellus protocol, an XML data interface option, and fully featured tracking services.
